Billy … Das bedeutet also, dass die effective Wahrheit hinter allem gesehen und dadurch erkannt sowie verstanden werden muss, was der eigentliche Grund für eine Äusserung, Sache, ein Verhalten oder eine Handlung eines Menschen ist. Die Erkenntnis darum, was der wahre eigentliche Grund ist – wie z.B. eine ungerechtfertigte Anschuldigung, ein ungerechtfertigtes Behandeln oder Verhalten usw. eines Menschen –, erlaubt zu erkennen, ob von demjenigen verstanden wird, was er überhaupt sagt, in sich Gefühle erschafft, handelt oder vertritt usw. Dazu habe ich durch das Erleben und die Erfahrung gelernt, dass kaum ein Mensch das in irgendeiner Form auslebt, was in ihm selbst wirklich in dieser oder jener Art vorhanden ist. In der Regel gibt er nach aussen das frei, redet und handelt usw., was nur seine Oberflächlichkeiten sind, die jedoch nicht mit seinem wahren Wesen übereinstimmen, das er aber weder finden noch leben kann, weil das Wirrwarr der Umwelt ihn falsch steuert – weil er sich eben steuern lässt und nicht bewusst selbst denkt, entscheidet und handelt.

Billy … That therefore means that the effective truth behind everything must be seen and, through that, one must also recognise and understand what the actual reason is for a statement, concern, behaviour or action of a human being. The cognition of what the true actual reason is – for example, an unfounded accusation, an unfounded treatment or behaviour and so forth of a human being –, allows one to recognise whether that human being understands what he or she actually says, what feelings he or she creates in himself or herself, how he or she acts or what he or she represents and so on. Regarding that I have learned, through living experience and practical experience, that hardly any human being lives out in any form what is actually existent in himself or herself in one way or another. As a rule, he or she only releases outwardly, speaks and behaves and so forth according to what his or her superficialities are, which do not correspond with his or her true nature that he or she can neither find nor live, because the chaos of the environment steers him or her wrongly – because the human being simply allows himself or herself to be steered and does not consciously think, decide and act for himself or herself.

Bermunda Das scheint auch die Staatsführung der Schweiz zu denken, die wahrheitlich Dümmeres nicht machen konnte, als sie gemacht hat. Wir auf Erra haben über unsere öffentlichen Kommunikationssender die Frage bezüglich der Tatsache an unsere Bevölkerung gestellt, dass die Schweiz als neutrales Land von der EU-Diktatur, wie du sie mit Recht nennst, die Sanktionen gegen Russland übernommen hat. Dafür haben wir eine allgemeine gleichlautende Antwort erhalten, die nicht gerade erfreulich ist.

Bermunda The national leadership of Switzerland also seems to think that, when in truth it could not have done anything more dumm¹ than what it did. We on Erra have posed the question to our population by means of our public communication broadcaster with regard to the fact that Switzerland as a neutral country has adopted the sanctions of the EU-dictatorship, as you rightfully call it, against Russia. For that, we have received an overall response of general consensus which is not exactly encouraging.

Billy Und, was wurde denn von der Bevölkerung gesagt? Und die Frage noch, bezieht sich das nur auf ein bestimmtes Land oder auf die Gesamtbevölkerung des Volkes von Erra?

Billy And, what did the population say? And one other question: Is that only relevant for a particular country or for the entire population of the people of Erra?

Bermunda Es betrifft die Gesamtbevölkerung von Erra, und deren einheitliche Meinung ist die, dass es sich niemals mit einer Neutralität vereinbaren lässt, eine Anordnung eines Staates gegen einen anderen Staat zu übernehmen und diese zu vollziehen. Dadurch, dass die Staatsführenden deines Heimatlandes, der Schweiz, die Sanktionen der Europäischen Union gegen Russland übernommen haben und zudem noch ausführen lassen, wurde nicht nur die Neutralität der Schweiz auf das Übelste verletzt, sondern der Staat mit dem Siegel der Neutralität wurde nicht nur unglaubwürdig gemacht, sondern hat mit diesem Dummheitshandeln seine Neutralität verloren und sich gleichgestellt mit jenen Staaten der Erde, die keine Neutralität kennen. Dass dies aber von der Schweizer ‹Staatsführung› getan wurde, beweist eindeutig, dass diese ihres Amtes unfähig ist. Sie versteht nicht, was eigentliche Neutralität in staatlicher und privater Weise ist, weshalb ich dies anführen will, und zwar folgendermassen:

Bermunda It concerns the entire population of Erra, and its unanimous opinion is that it is never compatible with neutrality to adopt a decree of one country against another country and to carry it out. The fact that the government leaders of your home country of Switzerland have adopted the sanctions of the European Union against Russia and also allow them to be implemented, has not only severely violated the neutrality of Switzerland, but rather as a result thereof, the nation with the seal of neutrality was not only rendered untrustworthy, but through this dumm action has also lost its neutrality and has placed itself on the same level with those nations of Earth that know no neutrality. The fact that this was nevertheless carried out by the Swiss ‘national leadership’ unequivocally proves that it is incapable of fulfilling the function of its office. It does not understand what neutrality in a national and in a personal wise actually is, which is why I want to point this out, namely as follows:

Neutralität bedeutet politisch, dass sich ein Staat niemals einer anderen politischen Organisation anschliesst, sondern, wenn eine Notwendigkeit einer Zusammenarbeit entsteht, diese absolut neutral gegenseitig vertraglich festgelegt wird, und zwar ohne spezielle Klauseln von Strafverfügungen usw. Wie auch eine spezielle Klausel einer sofortigen und unbefristeten Neutralität bedeutet, dass niemals Sanktionen wider andere Staaten, Religionen, Privatpersonen, Firmen oder Konzerne, Gruppierungen, Gemeinschaften und Organisationen jeder Art, eine Kündigung oder Kündigungszeit des Vertrages ergriffen werden darf, und zwar weder von der einen oder der anderen Partei.

Neutrality means politically that a nation never aligns itself with another political organisation, but if a need for collaboration arises, this is determined in absolute neutrality by mutual agreement with a contract, namely without special clauses regarding penal regulations and so forth. And also a special clause of immediate and unlimited neutrality means that sanctions against other nations, religions, private persons, firms or corporations, groups, communities and organisations of any kind, or a notice of termination or a termination-date of the contract, must never be implemented, and indeed by neither one party or the other.

Neutralität bedeutet, dass diese politisch oder privat niemals erlaubt, eine Solidarität einzugehen, und zwar bezogen auf einen Staat, eine Partei/Fraktion, Person, eine Gruppierung oder auf eine Gemeinschaft, denn wahre Neutralität lässt niemals einen Gestaltungsweg für Solidarität offen, weil diese in jedem Fall und ausnahmslos eine verletzende und gar aufhebende resp. vereitelnde Neutralität durch eine Parteilichkeit bedeutet.

Neutrality means that it is never politically or privately permitted to enter a solidarity, especially with regard to a nation, party/faction, person, group or community, because true neutrality never allows a formative path for solidarity to unfold for the simple reason that in each and every case without exception this means a violation and even an abrogation, that is to say, a thwarting of neutrality through partiality.

Neutralität bedeutet auch, dass gegen die Wirtschaft jeder Art, gegen einzelne Menschen oder gegen Völker keine Sanktionen angeordnet, erlassen und ergriffen werden, und zwar ganz gleich, welcher Art sie sind. Sanktionen beruhen immer auf Hass, Rache und Vergeltung, Gewalt und Zwang, sind niemals nutzvoll und bringen nur erst recht Gewalt und Leid.

Neutrality also means that no sanctions of any kind against the economy, against individual human beings or against any peoples shall be ordered, enacted and imposed and indeed entirely regardless of what kind they are. Sanctions are always founded on hatred, revenge, retaliation, Gewalt* and coercion, are never useful and only really bring more Gewalt and suffering.

*Gewalt noun – as defined in ‘Goblet of the Truth’ is the brutal execution of elemental might and force, but it is far above all might and all force. ‘Gewalt’ exists in different and relative forms, one example being a ‘gewalttätige Gesinnung’ – which is an expression from the character, personality, thoughts, feelings and emotions that shows the inclination to act with Gewalt.

Explanation from Ptaah – Gewalt has nothing to do with the terms ‘heftig’ (violent) and ‘Heftigkeit’ (violence), because the old-Lyranian term with regard to ‘Gewalt’ means ‘Gewila’, and it is defined as using, with all the coercive means that are at one’s disposal – physical, psychical, mental and consciousness-based powers, abilities and skills –, in order to carry out and carry through terrible actions and deeds.

Neutralität bedeutet, dass niemals ein Gebaren genutzt werden soll, das sich in politischer Form oder privater Art und Weise jemals in fremde Dinge, Händel und Verhaltensweisen einmischt, denn es entspricht einem ungeschriebenen Gesetz der Gerechtigkeit, dass jedes bösartige und auch gewalttätige Entscheiden, wie auch alles schlechte Handeln und sonstig unrechte und gewaltträchtige Machenschaften, allein diejenigen jener sind, welche diese Ausartungen ersinnen und sich einmischen in Dinge, die nicht die ihren sind und zudem ein Gebaren, Entscheiden und Handeln offenbaren, die allem an Gerechtigkeit und Menschlichkeit entgegenspricht.

Neutrality means that never shall a behaviour be used that in a political form or a private kind and wise ever interferes in foreign matters, disputes and modes of behaviour, because neutrality is equivalent to an unwritten law of fairness, being that every malicious decision with acts of Gewalt as well as all depraved actions and other unrightful and Gewalt-filled felonies are alone those of the ones who concoct such Ausartungen* and interfere in matters that are not their own and furthermore reveal a behaviour, decision and action modus that contravenes all fairness and humanity.

*Ausartung – noun plural Ausartungen – as explained in ‘Goblet of the Truth’ is a state (condition) of getting very badly out of the control of the good human nature.

Neutralität bedeutet, niemals sich in irgendwelche Kriege einzumischen oder deren Formen zu übernehmen, seien es Politik-Kriege, militärische Kriege, die offene Morde und also Tote durch gewaltige Waffeneinsätze schaffen, während heimliche und heimtückische Morde durch Wirtschaftskriege begangen werden, während grausame Guerilla-Kriege und Antiregime-Kriege hinführen bis zu Foltertoden usw. Auch Sezessionskriege, Kolonisationskriege sowie Autonomiekriege bringen nichts anderes als vielfache Tode, weiter auch Bürgerkriege. Alle diese Kriege jeder Form fordern Opfer, Menschenleben, und keiner von allen ist in jedem Fall des Rechtens. Kriege und Kontroversen jeder Art entsprechen einem Menschenleben verachtenden Tun und Verbrechen und können niemals mit Neutralität in Zusammenhang gebracht werden.

Neutrality means to never interfere in any wars or adopt any of their forms, be they political wars or military wars that give rise to open murder and therefore to deaths through the use of terrible weapons, whereas covert and perfidious murders are committed through economic wars, whilst horrible guerilla-wars and anti-regime wars lead to deaths through torture and so forth. Also wars of secession, colonisation-wars and autonomy-wars bring nothing other than manifold deaths as well as more civil-wars. All these wars of any kind demand sacrifices and human lives, and not one of them in any case whatsoever is rightful. Wars and controversies of every kind are the equivalent of scornful actions and crimes against human life and can never be brought into connection with neutrality.

Neutralität bedeutet, niemals und unter keinen Umständen Sanktionen wider einen anderen Staat, Firmen, Konzerne, Gruppierungen, Organisationen und Private zu erlassen und durchzuführen, denn solche entsprechen in jedem Fall einem Wirtschaftskrieg, und Krieg jeder Art entspricht einem Unrecht. Sanktionen bringen Schaden und Not für die Wirtschaft und damit für die Völker, die darunter leiden und nichts dazu beitragen, dass die Mächtigen Kriege anordnen und durch ihre Armeen durchführen lassen.

Neutrality means that never and under no circumstances are sanctions to be imposed and carried out against nations, firms, corporations, groups, organisations and private persons, because any such measures in each and every case are equivalent to an economic war, and war of any kind is equivalent to an unright. Sanctions bring damage and hardship to the economy and therefore to the peoples who suffer from them and who do nothing to contribute to the wars that the mighty ones decree and allow to be waged by their armies.

Neutralität bedeutet ein Entscheiden, Handeln und Verhalten des Menschen, dass sich der Mensch grundsätzlich weder an parteiischen, ideologischen, politischen oder religiösen Auseinandersetzungen beteiligt, sondern dass er einzig seine neutrale Meinung oder sein Wissen anführt und es dabei belässt, ohne in einer streitbaren Auseinandersetzung sich und alle andern zu beleidigen, in Rage zu bringen und Gewalttätigkeit auszulösen.

In terms of decision-making, actions and behaviour of the human being, neutrality means that the human being himself or herself in principle neither engages in partisan nor in ideological, political or religious arguments, but only expresses his or her neutral opinion or his or her knowledge and leaves it at that, without offending himself or herself and all others in a contentious argument, giving rise to indignation and triggering acts of Gewalt.

Neutralität bedeutet, sich niemals einer Gruppierung oder Organisation anzuschliessen, die Forderungen stellt, die nicht mit der Neutralität vereinbar sind, diese gefährden oder die Selbständigkeit des neutralen Staates beschränken.

Neutrality means to never join a group or organisation that makes demands that are incompatible with neutrality, endanger it or that constrain the autonomy of the neutral nation.

Neutralität bedeutet, dass diese unter allen Umständen gewahrt bleibt muss und niemals durch irgendwelche Abweichungen und Solidaritätshandlungen verletzt werden darf, das darf auch nicht bezüglich eines Mitmachens bei anderen Staaten erlaubt sein.

Neutrality means that this must be maintained under all circumstances, that it must never be violated by any deviations and acts of solidarity and that any participation of this kind in other countries must also be prohibited.

Neutralität bedeutet, dass diese in jeder Beziehung eingehalten und niemals durch irgendwelche Parteiergreifung verletzt oder gar gebrochen wird, sei es in politischer, privater oder sich sonstwie ergebender Weise.

Neutrality means that this must be complied with in every respect and must never be violated or broken by any partisanship, be it in a political, a private or any other resultant wise.

Neutralität bedeutet, dass sich ein neutrales Land niemals in Angelegenheiten anderer Länder einmischen, gegen andere Länder Sanktionen erlassen oder von anderen Staaten übernehmen, wie auch an Kriegen anderer Länder nicht teilgenommen oder ein Sicheinmischen nicht erfolgen darf.

Neutrality means that a neutral country never interferes in the affairs of other countries, never imposes sanctions against other countries or adopts the sanctions of other countries and must also never engage in wars of other countries or meddle in their affairs.

Neutralität bedeutet, unter allen Umständen neutral zu sein, wie vom Lateinischen ‹ne-utrum› resp. ‹keines von beiden› ausgesagt wird. Neutralität bedeutet genau ausgedrückt Ausgewogenheit, Unparteilichkeit und also unparteiische Haltung in einem Konfliktfall anderer Staaten.

Neutrality means, under all circumstances, to be neutral, as stated by the Latin term ‘ne-utrum’, meaning ‘none from both’. Neutrality, explicitly expressed, means balance, impartialness and therefore non-partisan conduct in a conflict situation of other nations.

Neutralität bedeutet, das Verhalten einer durchwegs neutralen Denk-, Redens- und Handlungsweise, und zwar in politischer als auch in privater Hinsicht, denn Neutralität umfasst nicht nur die formale Bündnisfreiheit* eines Staates, sondern auch das Beweisen der privaten neutralen Haltung.

*Bündnisfreiheit bedeutet die Bewahrung der Neutralität in einer Konfliktsituation anderer Nationen. Sie bedeutet die Freiheit, unabhängige Aussenpolitik zu führen und alle Bündnisse für oder gegen andere Nationen zu meiden.

Neutrality means the behaviour of a thoroughly neutral mode of thinking, speaking and acting, indeed in both a political as well as a private wise, because neutrality includes not only the official freedom of non-alignment* of a nation, but is also the evidence of the private neutral behaviour.

*Freedom of non-alignment means the preservation of neutrality in a conflict situation of other nations. It means the freedom to conduct independent foreign policy and to avoid all alliances for or against other nations

Neutralität bedeutet für ein Land, dass der dauernde Bestand zum Zweck der Unabhängigkeit nach aussen gewahrt werden muss, und zwar zum Zweck der Unverletzlichkeit des eigenen Gebietes, wie auch der eigenen Gesetzgebung in jeder Beziehung.

Neutrality means for a country that it must continually maintain it outwardly for the sake of its autonomy, that is for the sake of the inviolability of its own region and its own legislative power in every respect.

Neutralität in der Politik bedeutet, dass in jedem Fall die wichtigsten Grundsätze der Aussenpolitik niemals ausserhalb der Neutralität behandelt werden dürfen.

Neutrality in politics means that in every case, the most important principles of the foreign policy must never be handled outside the boundaries of neutrality.

Neutralität bedeutet, dass sich ein Land oder Mensch niemals militärisch an bewaffneten Konflikten zwischen anderen Staaten beteiligen oder Partei ergreifen darf.

Neutrality means that a country or a human being must never engage militarily in armed conflicts between other nations and must never take sides.

Neutrality means to never interfere in foreign affairs of any kind. If it is necessary, then only a personal opinion should be expressed, without being partial to one side or the other, but all speaking must remain neutral in every respect.

Das ist im grossen und ganzen, was unsere Gesetz- und Ordnungsgebung bezüglich Neutralität aussagt, die ich jedoch nur sinngemäss wiedergeben kann, weil ich den expliziten Wortlaut nicht nennen kann, ohne ihn nachzulesen.

That is for the most part what our law-and-order legislation states with regard to neutrality, which I however can only convey in a general sense, because I cannot recall the explicit wording of the legislation without reading it again.

Billy Das ist doch klar. Jedenfalls meinen lieben Dank für die Ausführungen, die wertvoll sind und aussagen, was Neutralität wirklich ist und speziell von der Schweizer Regierung in Bern beachtet werden sollte, was sie aber in ihrer Untauglichkeit nicht getan hat. Dabei ist es ja egal, ob es sich bei diesen Regierungsuntauglichen um Bundesratsmitglieder oder ihre Berater handelt, oder um Nationalrats- oder Ständeratspersonen.

Billy That is nevertheless clear. In any case, my heartfelt thanks for the explanations, which are valueful and state what neutrality actually is and what should be specifically heeded by the Swiss government in Bern, which it however hasn’t done in its ineptitude. It is thereby of course irrelevant, whether these inept heads of government are Federal Council members or their advisers, or whether they are members of the National Council or the Council of States.

Bermunda Du sprichst die richtigen Worte aus, doch leider gibt es auch viele Menschen mehr in der Schweiz und in Bern bei der Staatsführung selbst, also beim Bundesrat, Nationalrat und Ständerat, da Personen sind, die nicht wissen, was Neutralität eigentlich ist, wie weit diese führt und was sie alles beinhaltet. Viele Menschen der Schweiz und die ganzen Bevölkerungen der Welt wissen nicht, was eine wahre Neutralität überhaupt ist und was sie grundsätzlich alles beinhaltet. Diese Menschen wissen und verstehen auch nicht, was Neutralität wirklich ist, denn allesamt denken sie nicht darüber nach, was wirkliche Neutralität bedeutet – nicht ausschliesslich politisch und militärisch betrachtet –, dass durchwegs auf allen Gebieten, besonders aber politisch, in jedem Fall keinerlei Einmischung irgendwelcher Art in andersstaatliche Angelegenheiten erfolgen darf, wie auch keine Sanktionen oder andere Massnahmen fremder Staaten und Regierungen usw. durch einen neutralen Staat übernommen und ausgeübt werden dürfen. Da dies aber durch die Schweiz doch geschehen ist, eben im Falle gegen Russland – das in der Ukraine Krieg führt –, so hat sich die Schweiz in bezug auf ihre Neutralität nicht nur unglaubwürdig und verräterisch gemacht, sondern ihre Neutralität in den Schmutz des Verrates geworfen und sich in die Reihen der nichtneutralen Staaten eingereiht.

Bermunda You speak the right words , but unfortunately there are also many other human beings in Switzerland and even in the national leadership in Bern and therefore in the Swiss Federal Council, the Swiss National Council and the Swiss Council of States, who do not know what neutrality actually is, how far it leads and all that it includes. Many human beings from Switzerland and the entire populations of the world do not even know what true neutrality is and everything that it fundamentally includes. These human beings also have no knowledge and understanding of what neutrality actually is, because they all do not think about what actual neutrality means – not only from a political and military standpoint –, namely that throughout all areas, especially however in politics, in each and every case, absolutely no interference of any kind may follow in foreign affairs and also no sanctions or other measures of foreign countries and governments and so forth must ever be adopted and carried out by a neutral country. However, since this has indeed happened in Switzerland, precisely in the case against Russia – which is at war with Ukraine –, Switzerland has consequently not only made itself untrustworthy and treasonous with regard to its neutrality, but has also thrown its neutrality into the dirt of treason and has aligned itself in the ranks of the unneutral nations.

Billy Das ist leider so, weil Unfähige in der Regierung in Bern sind, die glauben, dass sie ihre eingebildete Weisheit sowie ihr Wissen und Verständnis mit Schaufelbaggern gefuttert hätten, wobei sie jedoch bohnenstroh-dumm sind in ihrem Nichtdenkenkönnen, weil ihr Intellektum* derart unter dem Nullpunkt pendelt, dass es ihnen unmöglich ist, die Realität so zu sehen, wie sie wirklich ist.

Billy That’s how it is unfortunately, because there are incompetent ones in the government in Bern, who believe they have gobbled down vast amounts of their presumed wisdom as well as their knowledge and understanding with their mother’s milk, whereby they are the ones who are dumm as bean straw in their inability to think, because their intellectum* swings so far below the zero-point that it is impossible for them to see reality as it actually is.

*Intellektum: Das ‘Intellektum’ ist der gesamte Block des ‘Intelligentum’, umfasst also den Intellekt, die Vernunft und das Wissen und steht effektiv über dem ‘Intelligentum’.

Es ist die mentale Fähigkeit problematische Situationen zu erkennen, zu bedenken, sich darauf zu besinnen, sich damit logisch auseinanderzusetzen, sie zu unterscheiden, zu verstehen und zu lösen.
